About him[]
Pennywise (or simply It) is the titular main antagonist in Stephen King's 1986 horror novel of the same name.
He's an ancient, shape-shifting, trans-dimensional evil entity who preys upon the children (and sometimes adults) of Derry, Maine, roughly every 27 years, using a variety of powers that include the ability of Shapeshifting, manipulating reality, and going unnoticed by adults etc. During the course of the story, It primarily appears in the form of Pennywise the Dancing Clown. "The Losers Club" becomes aware of Pennywise's presence after it kills Bill's little brother, Georgie.

He was in the sewers and slept in his hammock; when a paper boat touched him, he got up from the hammock and took his hammer and wanted to hit Nikolas, but Nikolas uses a termite to eat the hammer, so he took a spring too. He wanted to throw it at him, but the boy ducked from it. Later, Pennywise himself walks out and Nikolas presses the remote-control button at the traffic light (so it could turn green) and immediately, a steamroller appears and presses Pennywise down.
